IMPORTANT: MagentaTV - 1st Generation can only be used in conjunction with tariffs/bookings made before 02/15/2024. For tariffs and bookings from 02/15/2024 onwards, as well as for BETA customers, please use the new, enhanced MagentaTV (MagentaTV: TV & Streaming).
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND NOTES:
Prerequisite for use is an internet connection from any provider and a MagentaTV tariff from Telekom. For more information on MagentaTV and booking options, please visit Telekom Deutschland's websites under "TV".
Due to licensing restrictions, there are limitations on certain channels that can only be received in Telekom Deutschland networks when used domestically.
Not all programs are available for the Cloud Recorder, Download & Play, as well as Timeshift & Restart features.
DATA USAGE ON MOBILE NETWORKS:
To use via mobile network, an LTE or 5G connection is required. We recommend having a Smartphone tariff from Telekom with sufficient data volume for this purpose.
